Student Leaders Visit Annapolis

On Tues., April 3, 16 student leaders from grades 9-12 had the opportunity to visit the state capital, Annapolis.  While they were there, they got to see how things work in a House session. After that, the group took a tour of the State House followed by lunch with Delegates Neil Parrott, William Wivell, and Michael McKay.  Delegate Parrott talked to the students about how life worked in Annapolis for delegates and senators, and he told them that many of the delegates and senators have other jobs when they are not in Annapolis.  He also talked about life choices and trusting that God will always be with you.
